Italo-Corinthian helmet with plume, black, decorated
In the 7th century BC Corinthian helmets which were created in the 3rd century BC still form the image of the typical Greek helmet today. Its origin dates back to the city of Corinth. It quickly became an integral part of Greek hoplite armor and spread to Italy, where, with some modifications, it was one of the most common helmets of the Roman Republic army.
This replica of the Italo-Corinthian helmet is made of black colored steel and offers the typical shape of the popular helmet with a long front section, a nose visor and a curved neck protection.
This helmet is richly decorated: on the sides there are mythical creatures (apparently a mixture of horse and snake), on the forehead a portrait of a woman's head in brass.
Delivery includes a large illuminated helmet plume, which is attached using the metal plates attached to the helmet. A padded hood is also included.

- Long inner distance (from the back of the head to the forehead): approximately 22 cm
- Short interior distance (ear-ear): approximately 20 cm
